These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Creator Studio (VidPilot) websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Creator Studio provides tools to generate, edit, organize, and publish video and media content, including integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Features may change, and some capabilities may require a paid subscription or sufficient credits.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights).
• Upload or publish illegal, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Abuse rate limits, automate scrapers against the Service in ways that harm availability, or circumvent billing/credits.
• Use connected social platforms in violation of those platforms’ terms or community guidelines.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (“User Content”).

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service (including AI processing you request and publishing to platforms you authorize).

You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license and to publish User Content to connected platforms.

AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

We do not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access and use that account as permitted by the platform and the scopes you approve, including publishing content you schedule or send.

Your use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar services is also governed by those providers’ terms and policies. You must comply with them.

We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, account suspensions, content removals, or API limitations. You remain responsible for content you publish through our Service.

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment providers. Fees, renewals, and cancellations are described at purchase and in your billing settings.

Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk of harm, or if required by law or a third-party platform.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting [email protected].

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
